Key Features
Since its launch in 1971, the Panthella has become an iconic piece of lighting design by Verner Panton known for its futuristic feel and glowing light. The metal shade Panton originally wanted for the lamp was not feasible at that time, thus the new Louis Poulsen Panthella Mini LED Table Lamp was born for the design’s relaunch in 2016. Scaled down and outfitted with an LED light source, the Panthella Mini is available in a colorful range of finishes Panton would be proud of, without forgetting the original Opal Acrylic finish launched over 45 years ago.
When you hear the name Louis Poulsen, you think distinctive modern Danish lighting. From the classic icons of the 1920s to more recent pieces, all Louis Poulsen lighting is created based on a deep-felt respect for architecture, understanding the emotional effect of lighting and the belief that shadow is just as aesthetically important as light. All three aspects manifest themselves in the sculptural layering and comfortable, glare-free light of Louis Poulsen pendants, wall, table and floor lamps.
