Created by Dani Vila and Ester Pujol, the Pippet LED Mini Pendant from Carpyen shines a direct spot of light beneath a tall and slim frame with a brilliant efficacy. The tactical lighting solution resembles a spyglass telescope, focusing the bright LED light in a manner that can transcend pure task lighting; if suspended in a higher position, the Pippet can provide diffused accent lighting above kitchen islands, bars or dining areas.
Carpyen started in Spain in 1954 as a family enterprise and continues the intimate feel of their designs in their contemporary lighting pieces. Designers Antonio Carpintero, Encamacian and Roberto Capintero head the company as industrial talents and Pascual Salvador and Gabriel Teixido, among others, contribute to creating clean, modern lighting with a European edge.
