A Fun Fact About Juno Lighting

Juno Lighting's parent company, Schneider Electric, was founded in Le Creusot region of France in 1836. Their business at that time was steel, mainly for the construction of railroads and shipbuilding. It wasn't until after WWI that Schneider expanded into electricity. When the steel sector began to slip, the company looked to make electricity its sole focus in the 1980s. The company's current name of Schneider Electric was established in May 1999, marking its complete transition to the electrical market.
